During our recent Christmas stay at StayAPT Suites Greenville-Haywood Mall, I was pleased by the spaciousness of the rooms which offered a comfortable setting for my family. The kitchen was fully equipped; we made some delightful dinners together, and the modern bathroom was a refreshing touch after our day of adventure. The location is fantastic too, with easy access to nearby attractions like Frankie’s Fun Park and Clemson University’s Automotive Research Center, making it perfect for our family-focused outings. Our stay was marred by some issues, notably the air conditioning, which blew dust and dirt, affecting my daughter’s allergies. Despite the friendly staff’s efforts to assist, the discomfort caused us to check out earlier than planned. I do appreciate that the hotel offered a discount for the inconveniences, but nothing could quite make up for the discomfort we experienced. StayAPT Suites has great potential for family travelers like us, with wonderful amenities and a good location, but I’d advise future guests to ensure everything in their room is in working order before settling in.
